A: In this context, community ownership refers to the smallest unit of ownership, which is a registered cultural group based in the USA, originating from Cameroon. These cultural groups are responsible for constituting the General Assembly (GA), which in turn creates the Board of Directors.
A: Your voice is represented through your cultural group or association, if you are from Cameroon. Other service users' concerns will be channeled via their respective group leaders to the Board for appropriate resolution. The General Assembly is committed to addressing all matters efficiently, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
A: The General Assembly (GA), which embodies the views of the associations owning Na We We Support , serves as the supreme decision-making body.
A: Each association that collectively owns Na We We Support sends a representative to the General Assembly. This representative can then have representation through a member of their choice in cases where they need representation.
A: Applicants must provide their name (as it appears on official documents), date of birth, current address, and phone number. The form (Form A1 - Additions) is found under the Downloads section.
A: Required documents include a Death Certificate, identification of the next-of-kin, proof of the deceased's current residency, a photograph, and completed Na We We Support -USA forms for financial support.
A: Enrollment is available at any time through an affiliated association. Also, if there are more than fifteen members, they can form groups that meets the minimum number of members.
A: A three-month (90 day) waiting period begins from the date of registration approval starting from October 1st 2026. That means that, come October 1st 2026, we will start collecting and giving payments out.

A: The scheme covers all members, including those who choose burial outside the USA.
A: Benefit claims may be affected by a lack of proper residency documentation or the member's death. Na We We Support -USA will work with the family and group to ensure benefits are received.
A: Contributions are directed to the next-of-kin to help cover some or all of the funeral costs.
A: Individual enrollment is possible only through an affiliated group. If there is no group in your area, consider recruiting fifteen members for enrollment. Administrators can assist you. Just send us a message and we will assist you.
A: Enrollment happens through affiliated groups, and the group's rules should determine eligibility. Groups are encouraged to enroll all family members. Also, they should ensure that only members with US residence are enrolled.
A: You can download the form Form A1 - Additions and complete it. On completion, the form can be mailed to info@nawewesupport.com. The representative will then inform the prospective members of their vesting date using their provided emails.
A: Withdrawals are processed in a similar method. Simply download the Form A2 - Withdrawals, complete it and send it to info@nawewesupport.com and the user will be withdrawn.
A: Transfers are processed in a similar method. Simply download the Form A4 - Member Transfers, complete it and send it to info@nawewesupport.com and the user will be transferred.
A: The representative should download "Form S4 – Na We We Support Name Correction," complete it, and return it to info@NaWeWeSupport.com. If the name change is due to divorce or another event, a court document is required as proof.
